Take your time because it isn’t as easy as it looks mate. As for wrapping outside on a red hot day………..I shouldn’t do that if I were you. All the best mate and congrats on a good start! 😉

It seems because you are related they take the p!ss mate. Some of my family are the same. I used to have a till in the shop until my brother decided to remove the tray, put it under his car and changed the oil. He even told one of my customers where I get my vinyl from and even took him there under my name to get my discounts on vinyl. he then hand cut miles of magenta matt stripes and fitted them for him. My advice where family are concerned separate the two. But before I get ripped apart for that comment….not all families are the same.

quote Ben.Hall:I was given a image produced in paint to print on a t-shirt 😮
I was lucky it was sent by email as I burst out in laughter when I saw the hideous picture.
Your lucky…….I’ve had some in the past on the back of a beer mat!

quote David Hammond:Why don’t they start charging VAT on funerals???
They might as well mate. It costs co-op around £50 per coffin. Yet they charge around £500 to £600 for one. That’s what you call a mark up. 😮

Get yourself on Dragons Den mate! That looks like a prototype. Genius! 😉
-
Yep!…..That would be one big pile of sh!t 😀 😀
-
We have the same problem with Warren mate. Only his poo is in a package so not so bad. Still as noisy though! 😀 😀
-
Phill, try going to your local council yard mate. Round here they just take them
and tell you you’re advertising illegally. They took 2 of ours a while back while we were contracted to them to do road signs. We had to go to the yard to pick up some steel posts and the signs were sat there waiting to be scrapped. 😉 -
Rob….i can’t believe you went to all that trouble to superimpose an a-board on the M8 to take the p!ss out of Mr. Fentons unfortunate experience.
Phill…….it’s a scottish conspiracy mate! 😀 😀 😀

Hi Steve.
With HP being a big name you would expect back up mate after spending the amount of money you have. without back up and support when things go wrong your as good as stuffed. Personally I would send the machine back and demand a refund. Sounds like a big headache to me and when running a business one you could do without. just my look on it anyway. All the best mate. -
Orrible! :shake: :vomit:
-
(oogle) :hung: 😀

Well I take my hat off to him. His nerves got the better of him but hey ho who wouldn’t be nervous in that situation. I think the Dragon’s treated him badly and ignored the fact that he had a good product that would sell.
-
Thanks James. 😉
-
Great work Ben. Are you going to do the bonnet and the back of the car?
The car stands out a mile away. 😉 -
Top job mate. You and Shane should get together some time. You Aussies seem to like your buses. 😉
-
Great work once again mate. Well done. 😉

Well between us we’ve now got 6 to contend with so it’s always a busy house mate. That probably why there’ll be no more kids cos there’s always somebody up! (and i’m not!) 😉 😮

quote Martin:Don’t you believe it Karl, the screaming at 2 o’clock in the morning isn’t going to go away.
Soon you will have screaming because he’s cutting teeth, then they start school and go to lots of parties so wake you up at 2 in the morning being sick, then as teenagers they become rebellious and it’s loud music & screaming at 2 o’clock, then they discover drink and are falling in the door at 2 o’clock in the morning.Don’t worry though because there is an end to it, none of us live forever :lol1: :lol1:
Feck me Martin! You’ve made me feel great! 😀 😀 😀
28 Jill? This one moving out next week after Martins warning. :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

If the cost is £55 it’s a small amount to safeguard your reputation. Don’t act like your hassled by it. But as Nigel said do a vehicle inspection next time. Bad news mate but it happens. 😕
-
quote Nicola McIntosh:these will burst yer balls harry :lol1: :lol1:

What are you importing it into mate?
Forget that. Can’t get it to work in anything. Maybe when it’s been saved it’s not been saved for Document Distribution. Had this problem many times.

MemberJune 22, 2011 at 8:29 am in reply to: The Worlds 1st low-cost Print & Cut desktop machine!Rob,
I was referring to the size mate. Yes the edge was a great machine. When they first came out everyone including me was amazed by what it could do.
But it’s the size that’s the problem. That’s why I think it’s popularity may be short lived. -

MemberJune 10, 2011 at 8:40 pm in reply to: The Worlds 1st low-cost Print & Cut desktop machine!Maybe, but some suppliers will slit it down to the width that you want. In all honesty I can see this going the same way as the Edge. Small machine that will die out in a couple of years. Wonder how long before they’re all on ebay.
-
Love it.! 😀 😀 😀 😀

Just thought i’d let you know Warren was born on Sunday 14th August at 9.31pm
Just like his dad he was late so nothing new there! Will post some pics when I get them off my phone.Cheers,
Karl. 😉

It’s the hard way then mate. Where are you based?
-
There is one you can download on the tool bar mate.
-
Would you not be better printing these direct to the panels mate? Is all that time laying them down going to be worth it?
-
From one ex undertaker to another good luck mate. As for being in any armed forces…………..being a scout as a kid was about as far as I got. I did get one badge though for making a garage out of Lego! 😀 😉
All the best,

Some of them are difficult to make out whats what.
When we went I just thought ok it’s just another scan. Seeing him on screen moving in real time just leaves you stunned.Yes mate, not long now. August 15th is the due date.

I would say nothing to do with the banner or the tape. Thats down to the railings.
Not your problem mate. -

When Saddam was hung there were pictures in the papers and on the net as proof he was dead. So why deny the world any proof on the death of such a high profile terrorist such as Bin Laden? I don’t think he’s dead. Just more U.S cover ups to avoid more hijackings for the demand for his return.

I can’t believe it’s a year since Peter rang me to tell me the dreadful news.
I had to park up in the car when he told me, it just didn’t sound real.
His funeral was a very sad day but with the large gathering on the day showed just how respected the man was.Rest in peace buddy. You were and always will be a good mate.
-
Thanks guys. 😉
-
Me too but the o’s are different.
-
Anyone got it pleasey weasey? 😉
-
-
Thanks matey. I’ll email you the info over. 😉
-
Top notch that mate. 😉
-
I think you worked on presumption mate on the clients part. You know your trade….he doesn’t. When they say they are cash strapped or on a tight budget that’s not your problem, it’s theirs. I as many on here have done the same to help the client but in most cases it backfires. I would say on this occasion take it on the chin. Do the job again to keep him happy. This way you’ll lose far less than being bad mouthed and getting a bad reputation.
-
Thanks guys. I can use both of them. 😉
-
looked at them mate. Thanks for trying. Not sure if it’s called rubber stamp or just stamp. Any help appreciated.
-
It’s great for those who like camping but can’t afford a tent! 😛 😉

Amari do one.

quote Martin:You have been a busy bunny Shane, great to be busy and making money but mind and watch your health please as I still would like to meet you in person one day and would rather it were in this life time 😉
Totally agree with Martin mate. I’ve just started back. Thought all was ok only to find the damage I thought was gone is still there. Try and make time for yourself and your family. 😉

I’d say it was a fault with the file. If you can turn the image to a wire-frame, this might just show the problem.
-
Which software did you use to generate the artwork and what file type are you printing?
-
quote Martin Cole:Congratulations to both you and Tracey..wonderful news

You can get books or diagrams that explain all that kind of thing Hugh! 😀
😀 😀 😀
I was going to say the same Harry.
Warren, we were talking about names about a week ago when looking at the boards. Saw your name and suggested Warren, at the same time Tracey was on another site looking for names and came across the same name….so bingo! 😉
Thanks for all the replies, much appreciated. -
Thanks Harry. 😉
