Registration and Subscription
By registering to use uksignboards.com, you’re also consenting to abide by our Site Forums Terms of Conditions and opting into our newsletter. By doing so, you agree to receive emails from us. Our newsletter service aims to keep our registered users and visitors informed about various resources, including blog articles, industry news, educational materials, external resources, and websites. Subscribing to our newsletter is optional and can be cancelled at any time.

Frequency
The frequency of the newsletter will be no more than 0-3 times per month. 

Limited Liability
We retain the exclusive right to modify or terminate the newsletter, with or without prior notice to you. Additionally, we reserve the sole discretion to unsubscribe users or visitors from our newsletter service without prior notification. This action will be taken against any subscriber we determine to have registered with falsified information.

Opting Out
Upon registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your subscription. You retain the right to opt out of the newsletter subscription list whenever you choose. If you wish to unsubscribe at any point, you can simply click the unsubscribe button located at the bottom of the emails you receive.   1. Automatic Renewal: You are purchasing an annual membership that automatically renews 12 months from the date of purchase.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods: The following credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, and Visa Electron via Stripe and/or PayPal.

  3. Payment Processors: We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe.

  4. Receipt of Payment: An automated receipt of payment is instantly issued via email to the email address provided during your membership purchase. This receipt should be retained for reference to the renewal date and proof of purchase information.

  5. Lost Receipt: If you lose your receipt of payment, you may be able to retrieve another via your PayPal or Stripe account payment history.

  6. VAT Exclusion: We do not charge VAT. Your membership payment does not include VAT.

  7. Declined Payments: If your card payment, Stripe, or PayPal payment is declined, uksignboards.com is not obligated to notify you, but your access to the site’s membership areas will be revoked until your membership is renewed.

  8. Data Protection: The data provided during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We abide by the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensure that all data provided is used for no other purposes and will not be disclosed to a third party.

  9. Non-Refundable Membership: As you are purchasing an annual membership, once purchased, membership payments are non-refundable.

  10. Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your annual membership, you can cancel at any time up until, but no later than 24 hours prior to the renewal date by using one of the following methods:

  • Membership Cancellation Form provided HERE
  • Sending an email to rob@uksignboards.com
  • Accessing your own PayPal or Stripe account and deactivating recurring payments made to uksignboards.com
  1. Limitation of Liability: In no event will uksignboards.com be held liable for any damages or refund requests whatsoever arising from:
  • The use of or inability to use the service
  • Self-locking-out of account
  • Late or forgotten cancellation
  • Duplicate account issues
  • Ill health
  • Device or software incompatibility
  • Materials, photographs, video, or information contained within the service
  1. Account Cancellation: uksignboards reserves the right to cancel any account at any time without notice, for any reason uksignboards.com deems inappropriate in accordance with uksignboards.com site rules.

  2. Access Rights: You are purchasing the right to access information, videos, and tutorials and are subject to the length of your membership period only.
