Registration and Subscription

Payment Processors: We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe.
Receipt of Payment: An automated receipt of payment is instantly issued via email to the email address provided during your membership purchase. This receipt should be retained for reference to the renewal date and proof of purchase information.
Lost Receipt: If you lose your receipt of payment, you may be able to retrieve another via your PayPal or Stripe account payment history.
VAT Exclusion: We do not charge VAT. Your membership payment does not include VAT.
Declined Payments: If your card payment, Stripe, or PayPal payment is declined, uksignboards.com is not obligated to notify you, but your access to the site’s membership areas will be revoked until your membership is renewed.
Data Protection: The data provided during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We abide by the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensure that all data provided is used for no other purposes and will not be disclosed to a third party.
Non-Refundable Membership: As you are purchasing an annual membership, once purchased, membership payments are non-refundable.
Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your annual membership, you can cancel at any time up until, but no later than 24 hours prior to the renewal date by using one of the following methods:

Duplicate account issues
Ill health
Device or software incompatibility
Materials, photographs, video, or information contained within the service
