well i have to say on the small number of times i have spoke to you cameron over the years yes you have been helpful . as the majority of your staff have been. but still struggling with this that you say its been due for eighteen months but i have not received one single piece of paperwork( which you will agree) to back up your claim . ive not been told what items i received so cant put it to a job. well to be honest ive never had any probs with this vinyl company before. its always been delivered at a reasonable time .but ive just notice this last couple of times ive received a tex to say your parcel would arrive between 5 & 6 as you rightly say guys i dont really class that as next day .A couple of years ago (mabe a bit more) i was asked to help a friend out who subbed to a well know courier company . He had his own van but due to illness asked if i could do it for a week providing it was ok with main courier. i have to say its a nightmare !! i was turning up with stuff on a pallet that the company didnt own a forklift to take stuff off . so i do have a bit of sympathy for the guys at the spearhead the logistics can be a disaster . Having said that i still want MY stuff at a reasonable time next day !!!! 🙂

Welcome ….just to add to that when i was using that plotter i was using signlab 4,95 but i seem to remmember if you went into the plotter settings you could look at the stack copys although it may read differnt on your software regards brian
