Formula 1 – TV coverage
Posted by David Rowland on March 11, 2012 at 10:18 pmSo, UKSB has many from around the world, however Sky TV have swallowed up the live coverage from BBC, so we have to pay vast amounts of money for Sky coverage.
Has anyone been offered anything different? how can you watch it in Germany? USA or Aus? is there TV feeds online you know about?

get yourself Google TV dave, I plan to. meant to give it a whirl last week.
not saying everything is going to be free but i bet will be huge savings over the likes of Sky sports etc charge.
Apple have been doing this for some time with Apple TV and now Google TV. i would imagine google possibley having the lead due to the nature of their business is the internet and youtube which as you can see, has been slowly moving to a TV & video sharing website in the past 18 months.if you don’t want the TV you can just get the box… think its about £200.
definitely the way things are moving… International TV with unlimted channels as well as all your "Waynes world" type pirate/budget channels popping up! :lol1: -
My guess is many here in the UK will watch it on illegal sites not hard to find 😮

I love F1.
Always a great opportunity to do the ironing!
sure it did get boring for a while when Michael kept winning all the time…I thought they should have had a go at towing caravans at one point but I persevered but then some rules were changed and it has made it more exciting…
For the Australian GP I was happy to watch highlights on the iplayer…it was ‘better than nothing’ I am not about to shell out £40 or the like for Sky.
My lads have just started a subscription to XBox live as they are COD nuts….and tell me I can watch it on their tv from now on…so im looking forward to Malaysian GP this weekend.
Go team Maclaren Mercedes!
Ferrari car looks sketch… 😛 -

I watched Australian through it! WIth combination of SopCast player+VLCplayer I transfered the picture to my TV 😀 -
i watch the first corner see if theres any crashes …if not turn it over ….i always thought world rallying was so much more exciting especially group B when it was on the go before the do gooders thought that a 600 brake quatro going through a forrest was a tad unsafe 😀
