Yes twice, Rob and was told the matter would be passed on to the right person. which it must not of, as nothing was ever done, The products from ashbys are great! but when mistakes are made, as John said, may be a little training in customer relations would be in hand, and if they need to see how its done they should get training from the clothing supplier BTC

Every company has problems, we accept that, but the point is how the problems are handled.

quote Steve Underhill:Nice one warren, looks good.
Also your choice of suppliers was a good move too.
I used Brimark the other day for the first time, 700 quid cheaper on a set of 27 stainless letters than 2 other sign firms for brushed 2mm stainless.:o
And Ashby seems a good choice too, I have just opened an account there and they do some great stuff.
Nice sign.nice job warren!
Steve welcome to the world of packaging from ashbys

Get a heat gun, melt it and pick it off, it will work on some materials, just watch you don’t scorch the garment or burn your fingers

quote John Childs:Well, he lost credibility here on The Long Way Round when I saw the size of the back-up organisation.
The Mondo Enduro bunch of teachers that did the round the world thing on old Yamahas, prior to Ewan and Charlie, were more deserving of respect.
Hes has more back up on his films, so are the no good too
That was a trip of a lifetime, just reading the books now, Im just jealous Id love to do it!
