I didnt use personaly any freelance agent but one of my friend did, And smething he told me that he is useing two sales agents on commission but before hiring he dose make sure that they are old enough to start their own business, and they only work in feild.once they got an order and then you should be the contact person for that customer.Your sles agent shouldnot allowed to make further deals.

Hi Guys i just seen an embroidery talk.My name is Sarandaz and been in embroidery business from 2 years i have got toyota esp9000 machines.For digitising best ever software created is called WilcomES65 cost (£12000) do not use fake or copies )
We are digitising in house and digitising for other companies as well.never had any complaint.

Never been a big fan of ebay but was looking for bargains,4 weeks ago bought a computer from ebay £250.sellers rating was 3000 and 97% positive.Item still not arrived no contacts send many mails no replies and today i been told sellers is no loger registered.Company name was (mod-edit)
(:) ebay. I would never recomend to buy something from ebay for more than 10er.

Sorry i forgot to mention i have china made bit cheap heatpress, thats why i need to press for 30 second, but with good branded heat press 20 secs will be enough.

Here i tell you full process what i do for tee shirt printing.
1- turn you het press on and set its temp to 180 degree and time to 30 seconds

2- put shirt under the press

3- press for 5 sec and take off the pressure plate.

4- put your print material on shirt make sure its in middle and both sides left right have equal distance

5- press again for 30 second

6-open or take the pressure off

7- wait for 10-15 sec

8-peel offbacking

shirt is ready

Usualy Xpres sent their application instruction sheet with every order.With easy cut they recomen 10 sectime and 160 degree heat. and 180 degree for workwear clothing.
But this recomendation is for their own make heat press, I have got china make cheap heat press and i 98 % of time i use 180 degree and between 20 – 30 sec

I do alot of teeshirt and workwear hi viz clothing and i use SUPER FLEX from xpress its 5.25/mtr 50mm roll so worked out quite cheap and its good never had any problem or complaint

Hi Nik, Its happened to my heatpress once.If you look underneath your heatpress you should see one or two nuts or screws.they might be loose, just tight them problem should be resolve. i did same with my heatpress and its working perfect now.

Thanks Peter,Glen,John &Dawn for your advises.I put this sign outside.It looks lovely except its not in line. Is there any rules for measurement and allignment of sign.
And i dont know how long do i need to rub with squeeges.
when i took the app tape off one or corners were,nt stick with window.and i can see little pubbles aswell, hardly noticable but i would say it was quality work.
What about Xpres Versacam1 for cutting they want 1300 quids for that. or is there any other cutter you suggest with nice user friendly software package.

i have two single heads Toyota ESP9000. 15 colour change
certificate is 9 colours and invitation is 6 colours.
certificate took good 45 min from framing to fininshing.
and invitation took 35min
