    Hello,

I am also interested in head IDs…the original Epson IDs are not compatible with roland’s, so where do you guys get them? Also the head top plastic must be replaced with solvent resistant version if using Epson heads in Eco-solvent printers…

Well the best way to create PDF documents is with Adobe Acrobat Professional

Maybe you should consider Fillink Inks, I think they have a representative in the UK…www.fillink.eu.com

It is not a pattern, it comes at different places every time, the printer is Roland Versacamm 540V, the material is PET (polyester) no-lite film, 190mic.

Well I got the idea how to measure the ink in 440ml catridges…when you use them, te printer thinks its a 220ml cartridge and is measuring 220ml – 0ml…when the ink level is showing zero (220ml of ink used) you just pull the cartridge out and back in the printer…it then thinks its a new 220ml cartridge and starts to measure back from 220ml…

We have the same problem here, don’t know the solution yet…you can certainly open the cartridge plastic box and check if there is any ink left in there…

Why dont you try Fillink Solsoft inks…
they come in 220 & 440 ml carts.
I use them for about 2 months without problems
    on my versacamm 540V.

    They should cost about £30 (220ml) and £50 (440ml).

    Lubo,

my email is (mod-edit) Please send me picture. I am using Versaworks for now, planning to upgrade to Softrip. Do you have any kind of data sheet or MSDS for their inks (or at least their webpage)? Thanx!

Lubo, are you using them on Versacamm? What is the price of the ink and do you use cartridges or refill? Do they offer any ICC profiles? For how long can you leave the printer off then? Thanx!
