Putting Up the Blinds With JM Textiles

JM Textile continues its innovative approach to finding new applications for its award wining range of fabric media. The latest applications provide dramatic attention catching graphics in unusual locations.

The first is the use of the JM Textiles Bermuda fabric to provide blinds for supermarket delicatessen counters in Germany. The aim was to provide a physical barrier that was attractive whilst clearly indicating to shoppers when the counter was closed.

The second recent innovative application is the use of JM Textiles to provide a moving banner below an external lift unfurling as the lift moves up. This provides high impact graphics on the outside of the building. This creation of a new dynamic signage space is again part of JM Textiles ongoing commitment to enabling innovative applications that are not limited by the constraints of textile media.

The Mediatex Bermuda fabric met the stringent requirements of the application not only in terms of image quality and longevity but also the environmental requirements of the location. The Bermuda fabric like all the JM Textiles range meets the Öko-Tex Standard 100 standard. This standard ensures that end users can have total confidence that the fabric will have no harmful effect on the environment it is used in.
