We bought one about a year ago and found the same problems regarding the coach bolts.

We did try and get on with it, but its just to flimsy we find. Its an ideal piece of kit for shop fitters but for signmakers who can working to tight tolerances I just couldn’t see it performing, so its why I have decided to sell it when I get round to it.

One of the major problems we had with it was the adjustment of the bottom rail, you could never seem to get it dead straight. I would say at the best of times when you cutting a 4ft sheet vertically you could expect to be 3 / 4mm out.

Yes agree with Jon, that material goes on superb but isn’t the longest lasting material, without popping out.

Haven’t been on here for a while, but we’ve got a nifty 120 which are ideal for inside as they fit through a double door way and you just push it into place so no damages to the floor. They are quite popular so your local access hire firm should have something similar.

I’m not fully understanding people at the moment.

We have once let the customer to pay on a 6 month invoice but again it was only a small job and we knew them well.

If they haven’t got a account and struggling but will be able to pay you on a 30 day (as they all say) why cant they put it on a card. Start ups generally put there expenses on a card and worry about it later.

if you do need to cut it straight away leave about a 6.25mm bleed. Then you should be ok.

Warren: Mainly all types of signage but recently we’ve been doing a lot of shop fronts, due to the redundancy’s so everybody is having a shot at starting there own business.

Liam: I’m starting to know the feeling I used to be able to use my age as a sympathy vote on customers but its quickly wearing off.

Watch out for the ones on eBay as there are two types of creations one is a European one which signwiazrd sell and the other is what people are importing straight from china. Sign wizard do sell a lot on ebay so keep your eyes open and you will get a decent one also they provide full support even though i must admit is isn’t the best but is a lot better than calling up pcut in china.

    Hi
sign blazer is great for that sort of stuff, if you have the one from signwizard even better as they modded it to be fully compatible with the creations. Regarding suppliers i would recommend the vinyl corporation for that sort of stuff.

  • Talk to signwizard as there sign blazer elements software is good when i last had a play with it and they modded it to work with the pcuts
