I think from what you’ve said about the ribbon’s bracking when printing borders etc… is probably the machines fault and not the ribbons below is something which I pulled off Roland’s support board ( http://www.rolanddga.com/forums/ ) regarding this.

Hope this helps, the roland boards can be a good place to start if you have any problems with the colorcamm, the guys there seem to know there stuff.
