Thanks, yes we had Eddie up on Monday doing some work but they don’t have a spare in stock.

We have just purchased one direct from the manufacturer as we needed it quickly, received it this morning and now back up and running.

Thanks for the advice, its a lamp housing for an Arizona 550 GT we need, I have used Digiprint recently but their timescale for the part is 4-6 weeks.

You could look at Trello, it is a web based tool that you can modify to suit your needs, we use it for a lot of our needs like tracking jobs through the factory and planning projects, there is also a app that lets you view and modify boards.

Basically you can create columns that represent the different areas like design, finishing & install and move cards that represent jobs through these areas to match the progress through the factory.

I have used it for years… its also free…. :thumbup2:

Did you ever get a resolve to this issue, we are experiencing very similar issues with our Mimaki JV33 & JV34 on a certain 3rd party ink.
