    someone must make something that looks like a paper that thicker than 220 gsm ?

    i had looked at that one and, if i can remember the thickest is 220 gsm.

    it could be that the file is compressed, i’m not sure but i think Ai 10 had no compression , you could ask the customer to saveAs without compression.
