    As a test lightly spray the sheet of paper with water before creasing and see if it stops it cracking. Your paper might be too brittle. Just give it a light mist and see if this helps.

    We have both CTT 1 and 2
    We dont have belt, we are creasing on the mats. We also have the Suregrip for routing but not tried that yet.

    Yes we have.

    I think its because the mats are too hard and instead of the paper getting creased its getting crushed witch causes cracking on the fold.
