    Hi Stafford and thanks for the reply

    It does it not matter how I print, sometimes more than other, the wipers where replaced about 12mths ago and still look fine.
    I think it is the heads as when we got it second hand about 5 yrs ago the test print had a few gaps because it had been stood for a while , over the years it has got better as I clean and flush it regular, but more gaps have started to appear over the last few months.
    I’m going to empty it and give it a head soak for a couple of days over Christmas and see if that does any good , but not hopeful
