Yet again – Great service from a supplier
Sean at Granthams has done it again.
I have recently moved over to their eco-pro inks for my SP540v and i couldn’t be happier.
We have had some issues with some other branded Pop up display media but this was no issue for Grantham’s engineers.
Jamie quickly diagnosed the problem and after Sean consulted with other customers who use my setup they found a solution and i’m back in business.It’s been a tough few months starting my own businesses but this I feel i must publicly thank those suppliers who go way beyond their remit in order for us to keep trading.

I have to agree, we used to buy our 3rd party inks from sean, but we cant now nothing to do with sean or granthams just the ink not being consistant for our printer… But he always went above and beyond and would always help you solve any problems that you may get…

Just to clear up the comment from Nicola. She is referring to a Colorific Product for her HP9000 printer which we no longer sell. It was a good ink but the chips were unreliable.
