    we are having trouble with our sublimated mugs, after taking out of mug press, we seem to have a yellow tinge around the image,can any one offer any advice please ?
    we are using Epson 1400 printer,with x-press inks,paper& mugs, using
    x-press recommended times, i have phoned x-press for advice & was told to increase pressure, but it made no difference. can any-one offer any advice please, thanks for looking

    When cutting the Subli paper to fit the mug, are any parts of the mug exposed to the press? You should have the paper cover all of the mug that is going to be in the heat press. If not, you can get a yellow tinge.

    It can also be either not enough pressure or too long in the press.

    Could be various reasons so more information is required really. An image of the printed mug would help. Could just be a gas bleed after cooking.
