Wootton Bassett bike ride
I had signed up to join this worthy cause but because of my hand had to drop out at the eleventh hour. This would have been a great highlight on my calendar for this year.

Just been looking at the pics on BBC website Mike. Despite the bad press a lot of bikers get I think in general most bikers are a decent lot, and this proves it, even the rougher looking ones who would probably frighten a granny to death have good hearts. The bikers who hold the three counties show here give all the profit to local charities and it is a wonderful show. Used to have a bike myself only a 125cc till a drink driver wrecked it, wouldn’t get on a bike on the road for anything now too many idiot drivers around.
