A bit of advice please – we are working with a design agency who printed window graphics – about 6 sq metres – to window film using pigment/dye inks. We installed as requested to 2nd surface. Installation OK but the whole thing lacks “pop and vibrancy of colour” – End user is high street photo processor. We expressed reservations on this method – however at the end of day you follow your instruction.

The brief is now – to reprint – customer hesitant about applying solvent print to first surface equally wants the same look to be seen from inside.

I am thinking solvent print – outside digital print finish with laminate, mirror image and apply same inside. Although lining up may be a problem.

Am I on the right track here or am I missing the point and we could do this easier.

Thanks in anticipation of your advice

No you are on track with that – no problems with the images they can be reversed – text however is a problem. One way vision stuff is a possibility but I am concerned we loose the colour on this.

    Thanks tho

as long as its all contained with in a symmetrical shape i have done this before to the inside of a window .

    print on to clear reversed
    fitt white backing
fitt black backing as block out
fitt inside print (on white) over the black
with out the black at night with the shop lights on the image will be messy from the out side
