    You could make something like that pretty easily if you can’t find a supplier.

    Well the holder aint the problem but it can cut the film while rolling it out of the box.
    So you can apply the film Starfighter from the box onto the glass without cutting it afterwards for a second time on the glass…

    There is a more cost effective version that’s lets you cut straight from the box with cutters attached with magnets, the Clean cut box slitter

    this too fits a ladder and works well and costs 5 times less if you buy 2 cutting heads

    As Chris has said there are cheaper alternatives but I find the initial high cost of a proper film handler one of the best investments I have made for film installation.
    It is essential for large jobs or thick security films and has paid its way many times alnong with stability & accuracy of cuts.
