    Small job we did this afternoon. The client needed a sign due to building regulations but didn’t really want a sign to get more business etc.

    We proposed the etch to break up the window a bit but still let the light through.

    It’s hard taking pics of etch isn’t it.

    alan: The solid panel was done dry. Hinged down the centre and worked from the centre to the left then the centre to the right. Rob did the same in the etch demo video.

    The two other pieces I did wet. I didn’t want to risk laying down the etch and having to snap it back off with all those smaller pieces of vinyl in the text where the A and R are. So I opted wet to get into position and lay it down.

    Wet is easier if you want to float into position but you do need to let it dry a fair while before taking the application tape off.
