You must have the manual for the cutter.
Does the manual say that it accepts HPGL?
99.99% of all cutters accepts HPGL
Signlab has a HPGL standard absolute driver.

It is possible your cutter understands multiple languages and just needs to be switched to HPGL on its menu pad.

found this on another site when i googled “dingtech”
“MANY HPGL cutter drivers are inter-changable for MANY brands of cutters. Some Roland drivers run the DingTec flawlessly, as do Graphtec plotter drivers. In SignLab .. the HPGL STANDARD ( Absolute ) driver runs the DingTec flawlessly. Other drivers I have experimented with, work but perhaps have a problem with the STARTING position, or the ENDING routine..some had problems with data accuracy. “

    Some more googleing.
I found on a german web site , the specs for a dingtec SC series cutter.
It says the cutter understands DMPL and HPGL.
Dont know if the machine ships, set for DMPL or HPGL
Dont know if the plotter autodetects the language or or not.

Check the Menu system on the cutter and see if you can select languages
You may need to set the plotter to HPGL
Then use the HPGL Standard Absolute driver.
