will i get a reaction from the vinyls im using?
I have to apply Chevrons to a Transit van I am thinking of putting a strip of 5year vinyl along the bottom & applying the reflective on top of that will I get a reaction from the Vinyls I am using

You wont have a problem, and it will make the reflective much easier to remove, If you explain this to your customer they will usually be happy to pay the few quid extra.

ive done this the other way round. block of reflective with standard vinyl over because its easier to cut and weed standard vinyl, some reflectives are easier to remove than others but be wary of this aspect as peter has pointed out!

It might be a little late but Avery Nv 1300 series reflective vinyl is removable.
I have applied it and removed it off several courier vans for a client. It cuts and weeds quite well. When it is time to remove it, it separates from the adhesive so there is a lot of adhesive to clean off but does not break up into little pieces like the old reflectives used to.
