I have attached the files please guys let me know i have 4 days only to do them and there is 3 x (800 x 2000) and 2 x (900 x 600). :)cheers Nancy

Hi Nancy, i would and have in the past printed the lot then if there are any price changes supply neat stickers to go over the top as it is a black background i am sure this is a good option. It will save a lot of time and weeding just my 2 bobs worth

I would do as you say Nancy, and keep it on file, then you have the sizes for price changes on hand. Good to hear you are busy! 😕

I would assume that this is a new business and their menu may change a lot within the first year of business. So, I would go with the cut vinyl which should make it more convenient for the client to update more than prices alone.
Although, it really depends on you, what you quoted and what money is left in the budget. If you’re tight on time and there’s no money left to do it right, then print them. 🙂

One of the reasons why we print menus now… much easier to do.

Watch out for capitalisation on “Short Macchiato” on coffee menu..

Can I have a Egg & Bacon roll and a latte please?, do you take pounds sterling? also don’t austrialians drink Tea?

UKSG snacks, maybe that’s something we could do

Nancy, I’d laminate them in a matt finish tho, as a gloss laminate sometimes makes it hard to read with light bouncing off them.

    Just a thought.

    Hi Nancy

We are in the middle of doing boards exactly like these for a string of coffee shops at the moment.

We are ‘almost’ doing what most people here have suggested but instead of print and laminate, we have found a large format company that prints directly to 5mm foamboard (They use an INCA Eagle machine) This has the effect of making the boards look ‘matt / flat’ like chalkboard and seem very authentic in style. The prices are applied in matt vinyl as others have suggested.

    Cost per board to me (900 x 600mm) approx. $ 50.00 + numbers.

    Very quick and cost effective.

    Regards

    Martin

Nancy we do a lot of these types of boards an alternative is do not put prices on but where prices go use blackboard vinyl in a strip and they can change prices to suit their selves using chalk 🙄 nice to see you back Nancy

Vivad in Melbourne do subcontract work for sign shops Nancy. Ask for steve, steveh@vivad.com.au and tell them shane sent ya.

They have a direct to board printer, and a super wide printer for banners (5m wide) A one stop shop for smaller sign shops.
