Will Corel X4 import CS4 files?
HI
Having recently decided to go with X4 since I am used to Corel as opposed to Illustrator and photoshop, I need to cover all bases r.e. customer sent and received files.
My X4 manual says X4 will import up to CS3 files but will it import CS4 ones?Thanks in anticipation.

You will probably get an error message to the effect that the file is compressed. If you have full Acrobat that may well open it, save it as eps and Draw will open that. Encourage customers to send AI file uncompressed and to a lower version. Always get customers to convert text to curves that way pdf is as good a format as any.
