    Hello,
I dont know if this wold help. but on my valuejet I had the same problem.

To fix the problem I had to add a Window’s printer with the same ip address as my printer. I was told this by spandex.

Right then. The Rocky 46 as far as I’m aware is only a larger version of the Rocky 38. You’ll probably find the main board voltage is set wrong as it was on the 38. What happens is the job being sent to the buffer gets confused as the timing is out due to the voltage being incorrect. An electrician would be able to sort this for you. The correct setting is 4.2.
I wouldn’t say there’s anything wrong with your computer. They said the same to me and the computer/s were fine.

Yes and Yes. Mutoh, according to Artsystems sent a batch out with the voltage set wrong. As soon as this was set correctly there were no more issues with this particular problem.

Artsystems fixed it mate. I’m only round the corner from them so the guy stopped off on his way home. The board is in the big black box under the printer.

No mate you can’t buy from Artsystems only from a reseller. Art take care of the warranties.

    hi
Perhaps the problem is the same.
My left of the white lines.
I solved by connecting the PC to direct plotter, without hub.
Now works fine. Maybe it faster.
I bought in Italy by spandex,
They are very good and available.

to be honest i have seen a network hub for donkeys years.. if it is a network ‘switch’, these handle data correctly.
