The colours change between EPS and JPEG when exporting, Try printing a colour swatch in both, you will be amazed at the difference

dont have illy here but from corel you have a choice in the eps export.

apply icc profile should be off. if its on colours will change
then the option send output as rgb or cmyk.
i choose rgb as a rule for me it works a lot of people say it should be cmyk, try both see what works for you.

try placing ( file > Place ) the image in to illustrator then put your cut lines on and save as EPS 3, then put in to Versaworks.

you can do the same ting in X3 as well.
