yes it is an FS file. its happened several times now, i work on the file, save it, and then when i reopen it it wont open, maybe a coincidence but it has only happened on file with full colour images, on the last one i noticed that when i saved it was far too quick, usually it takes a quite a few second due to the images. went to open it and again cannot open file.

    Any ideas

    Thanks

Do you want to email it to me to see if it will open in my Flexisign. If it does I could save it as another name and send it back to you. Dunno if it will make any difference but it might work, stranger things have happened…….

Happened to me several times also on the latest Flexi. Try saving (exporting) Your work as an .eps file (just in case if You have cut paths etc) and restart Your software.
I think the software compresses the images every time it saves. Might something related to failing compressing the images.

    Never had this problem

    What version are you running??

Have you tried to contact SAi for help.

The other option is flexiezine.com The site administrator Bobby is very knowledgeable with flexi software. He has just recently revamped the site. Not many posts but he does know what he is talking about. worth a try.
