I worked today, just finished lettering a wooden boat which is one year younger than myself.
My poor old Mom (she’s 85) was just beside herself about the whole end of days thing. I told her to change the channel and put on game show network.
She called all my siblings before 6PM and told them goodbye, poor old thing.
They teased her too.
She went to Mass, and the priest said it wasn’t supposed to happen till 11PM.
My nephew called her then to see if she was still here.
Apparently this guy did the same thing in 1994.
People have given him millions towards advertising etc.
I wonder if they get a refund today?

If the wind and rain that arrived here this morning had arrived on Saturday, it might have gotten even me down on knees in repentance! 🙂
Mad storm this morning, it was chucking so much rain at the bedroom window I couldn’t see out. Still gusting very strongly. 😮

It’s our holiday today but the baby woke me up at 4am.
So I went and lettered the church door by 7am.
Then I went and measured a boat.
It’s gonna be in the 90°s today so I wanted to get that out of the way.
Now all I have to do is make a big pan of lasagna for supper.
Not in a cook-out mood! -

That’s probably not to far from the truth Robert. Fishing last Sunday and I was sure someone had put the clocks back about 3 months, it was flippin freezing lol
