I’m not being facetious – but use roller blind fabrics.

Most other materials will curl in at the sides on longer drops, roller fabrics are designed not to do this.

Your local blinds manufacturer may be able to supply you with various fabrics.

Thanks dave can you give me a product name or number. I Contacted someone in the business before and there were loads of different materials available but they could not suggest which to try. I just need a starting point.
What actual product do you use and what do you use for protection ie laminate etc.

I prefer to use the PVC coated types use for blackout blinds – it prints VERY well…I also use it as ‘canvas’ style prints.

Most fabrics are made from polyester and tend to ‘desaturate’ the colours when you print on them due to them soaking in slightly.

There are dozens of manufacturers importing into the UK.

Whatever you do for, get something with as flat a face as possible, no ‘fluff’.

I use a lot on ‘No-Lite’ and ‘Primatex’ – but there are so many variants it really is just a try it and see.

Will send you a PM with a link to pictures on the PVC coated stuff.

NO lamination is required – it bonds as well to the PVC stuff as a banner..and the fabric is totally waterproof, scuff proof and generally fade resistant as it saturates into the material.
