Top one is Stevo’s, they will pick yours though.

in this one, i prefer the top, but ide drop the shadow scrolls/flourishes. i feel its maybe a little bit too much…
in the bottom one i like the way the ampersand is used, maybe incorporate that into the top design and you would have “my” winner. 😀
not sure whos is who’s but i think both your influences are working well on each other. or am i missing the point and your working to customer spec and thats similarity? 😕 man… i rammble on, dont i? -
yes you are a couple of bu**ers this time jll!! 😀
the top one is stevo’s, cause there is no way he would put diamond shapes in the corner of his signs 😛
the customer went with the bottom one, cause the shape looked nicer!! 😀

Top one is Stevo’s – bottom one is Jills. I reckon the customer went for the top one because It has more detail. But the customer was spoilt for choice – both are excellent. 😀

don’t know?…….both excellent
very impressed that the light shadow is going over the sign in the Mock Up…….

Quick question Jill:
Both designs have a graduated tint running across the background colour. When you make the actual sign does this also feature this, or do you use a solid colour for the background?

This will be a painted sign, and the gradients will be roller blended
(y’know, dump 2 colors of 1-Shot on it and roll the heck out of it till it blends in the middle)
The coppery elements will be copper leaf.
Stevo did the mock-up, I liked that shadow too.
The diamond thingies on the ends will be ceramic tiles glued on to hide the bolts.
The house has ceramic tiles on it as well.
According to the signwriter’s price guide, I’m charging $300.
This will be done by hand using a computer generated pounce pattern.
