    Hi,

    I’ve a silly question…

I’ve setup my cutter and its cutting fine (well it will when I slighty increase the pressure), however which hole does the blade holder go in, I have it in the backone, should it be in the front or is that for the plotting pen?

    Cheers

hello, the knife holder goes in the rear of the two holes, and you need to get your knife set correct about .5 of a mm, not 3mm as they say in the manual, it should then cut text down to 3mm caps,
is this a hong kong machine, there are 2 creation companys,
feel free to give me a call you can get my number on our web site,
but we dont deal with hong kong and there machines seem to be giving a few problems
    regards

    Hi Alan,

Thanks for the reply. How can I find out which cutter I have? its all english on the menu, I bought it from a UK ebayer saying it was full UK spec.

How much do you charge for telephone advice as we are really struggling to get text to cut well (see my other post).

    Thanks again

    hello
i dont want to upset anyone on this site so have not put my details on, but being a signwriter and reseller i keep a look out, and these sign boards do a very good job, nice to see fellow sign writers and makers helping each other,
the creation machines are very good for entry level people if they get the right support, the problem with e bay is with feed back you get other ebayers that just look at what they can make on a box shift and when they sell a machine your on your own,
sorry but you pay for what you get,
creation make a good machine and they support us well, but creation hong kong sell the same or simallar machine throught many so called dealers, who fromm what i have seen dont support the product,
sorry if this seems long winded but i dont want my users thinking we have people with no tech support.
