I’m still around, not doing much signage anymore though 🙁

Getting into my togging a lot more which is great but doesn’t pay the bills so have a full time no signmaker job although these may change soon 😀

some good stuff there Garrie, for sure! the assylum pics are great, how’d you get them to look like cad images? the first pic looks like the sky moves as you look at each side of the building!

Hi Hugh,

Thanks for the comments 😀 I use a technique call HDR. Basically I take 3 shots at different exposures, for example 1 underexposed, 1 overexposed and one exposed correctly, combine them to create a HDR image and then tone map the image so it can be displayed correctly on a monitor.

I go well overboard with the tone mapping to create a gritty evil look 👿
