Where do you guys look for staff? Advice needed please?
I always find it hard looking for skilled signmakers as Im sure most of us do. The last time I looked I put an ad in our local paper, I put an online ad on one of the leading job websites, applied staff wanted graphics to two of our vans, put an ad on gumtree and also on the sign update mags website. All with no joy.
So where do you find staff? – suggestions please !!

Morning Dave, just seen your post.
Had a similar issue no result from conventional sources.
Found local colleges a good source, depends on what staff you actually want?I contacted local college and got a couple of guys from the Signwork course on work experience.
Worked really well. Takes a bit of time and work from yourself as not quite ready to be let loose on their own but found willing to learn.
Eventually set one on full time, still with me 2 years on
