  • where can you get TF Forever font from?

Posted by Neil Churchman on September 7, 2009 at 6:27 am

Hi all, I’ve been trying all weekend to get a copy of the ‘TF Forever Two’ typefont and believe it can be purchased from the originating type designers called ‘Treacyfaces’ although the website doesn’t seem to be live anymore.

Out of desperation, as I have a deadline today to do this job by, can anyone point me the right direction where to get this typefont from please 🙂

Don’t you hate it when that happens.

I guess that you’ve looked at this page

    http://www.microsoft.com/typography/lin … spx?VID=TF

The worrying thing there is that the information was last updated in June 1998 – over ten years ago. 😮

    Again, you probably have this:-

    Treacyfaces
    PO Box 26036
    West Haven, CT 06516-8036
    United States of America
    phone: 203 389 7037
    toll free: 800 800 6805
    fax: 203 389 7039

So maybe your next step is to give them a call. They’re only in Connecticut, so the time difference isn’t too bad.

Do you have an example of the font that you could post up for us to look at, then perhaps someone could suggest a close alternative.

thanks John for the info. although could really do with getting my hands on a copy this morning

here’s a photo of the font to match to if there’s anything that’s close to it, that may be a close enough match

I have TF Forever family, but they are listed as TF Forever A B C & D.
If you let me know which one it is, I can set some text for you.

    Hi Jamie,

we’ve been told by the architect that it’s called ‘TF Forever Two’, nothing about A B C or D, and as you can see in the photo it’s a very light font

there’s about 8 lines of text to set if you do think you have a light font in this style

    🙂

I reckon it looks like Forever Light or Regular. If you post the text I’ll send both.
