where can i get curved Illuminated Fascia signs?

we had a customer in the past that had a long fascia bending around a corner. They did not want to pay allot (as most customers don’t these days) anyway… we sheets the wall with .5inch exterior ply, because the wall was sandstone and not very flat. we then faced it with 2mm aluminium with countersunk holes all located within an inch of the parameter of the panels. once everything was in place, we then fitted a flat strip/bar of aluminium all around the face/sides to give it a finished look and to hide all the screw fixings of the sheets to the wood.
i also found working the sheets from the middle of the building outwards helped keep it aligned better. working from one side normaly results in the panels riding up the further you get around. also… pin the panels into place as you work. dont just fix one up and pepper it with screws… get all the panels up with as little fixings as possible. then if everything is running correct, secure in place and repeat with your facing panels.

well we did have a over hanging spots if that helps :lol1:

i recon going the flexface route is the best "long term" bet…
maybe call kestral signs or signbaseuk for more help on that…
