  • where can i get airbrush training?

Hi there. Iam looking to train myself airbrushing. I have only airbrushed twice since my training course 8 years ago! Each time I have been impressed with the results, though not perfect ! Im too busy rattling out the bread and butter work to take my time and be more artistic. Anyway, does anyone have any advice on which book is the best for learning the art of airbrushing ? Thanks for any advice.

It doesn’t matter how many books you read on airbrushing, the best way to learn is get yourself a decent airbrush and see what it can do. Everyone has different ways of working either by using stencils, masks or freehand. I personally use freehand for much of my mural work as it gives a softer edge as opposed to using stencils which give a very hard edge…..mind you, I have been squirting paint for about 25 years!
