    Typical problem:
when creating some artwork in corel draw 11 i then try to "publish to pdf" and lets say its a vehicle profile when it save/ converts it to pdf it just gives me a blank square page.

Any idea what im doing wrong?

Are your graphics on a non printing layer? I’m not a fan of Corel’ s publish to pdf and especially not in early versions. Download Cutepdf, its free and will add a printer driver, print to this (use fit to page option under layout tab) and you will get better pdf files. By clicking off ‘download type 1 and convert to Type 1 from TT you will automatically convert text to curves.

Stephen how big is the page size your working on?

If you just scale the outline up and leave it on an A4 page size I think items get dropped when it goes to PDF.

If you end up with multiple pages, sometimes a grahpics will go to a strange layer that wont PDF. Just Cut / Paste, normally sorts it.

    Stephen,

Have found in Illustrator that if the page is set up in the new document, say, for A4 and the resulting graphic is outside this bounding box, you will only end up with a white box for any PDF (or alternatively will chop whatever is left in box if it only partially overlaps).

    Maybe same for Corel?

If I am doing stuff to (large) scale in Illustrator will keep one to scale, will then copy, cut, paste and rescale smaller to fit into A4 box before saving as PDF for sending.
