  What’s happened to our summer weather

  Well i don’t know what’s happened to our summer weather as it’s feels like its been turn on it’s head.
  As usual cynical me doesn’t believe things happen in this world by accident or just coincidence. I have been following this subject of weather manipulation for a while now.
  It got my attention when those strange rings appeared in the night sky over Norway earlier this year, turns out they appeared near a HAARP site.
