I have been asked to make some signboards for outside use , uptill now i have only done cut vinyl & printed vinyls.
What is the correct way of doing this, is it to print/cut the signs & apply to board, if so what type of board do i use ?
    Signs will be various sizes ranging 24" x 8" to 30" x 96"

    Thanks Paul

5mm Foam pvc or 3mm composite ally.

The ally will be less prone to expansion at the larger size so bowing not a problem.
If the pvc is mainly white then not so bad but any dark colour will buckle more easily in the heat.

At 8ft I would more likely do it in ally to be sure.
