  • what is the cadet plus fastest profile please?

    hi all, am looking to run off some very quick temp football banners in the quickest time possible, resolution etc is not important as its literally up for the 90 mins and thats it, just tring to use as little ink as possible, anyone have any ideas?

    We would print at 360 dpi / 2 pass although the quality isn’t brilliant it would probably do the job ok.

    on the subject of passes….i tried to get 2 pass but the lowest i get is 8 anyone know what im doing wrong 😕

    This is down to the Rip.
    Some use 4 . 6 . 8 Passes Like Flexisign. But Wasatch uses 8 . 16 .32

    In the PostScript file that is generated for the given job, the various printer settings are defined according to the media profile you have chosen. What you need do is choose a profile that has the desired # of passes, or modify an existing profile to use less passes.

    A word of caution. If you plan to modify an existing print mode, make a duplicate first, and then modify the duplicate. That way, you can always go back to the original if you’ve forgotten the various settings you’ve changed.
