    What is the best application tape to prevent wrinkling?

    I make decals which I have to send out to customers the problem im having is when I roll them up the application tape peels back and tunnels so whe customer opens the roll it is all wrinkled. What is best tape?

    Roll them the other way? decals facing out

    You need to use a "Conform" application tape with Release Liner Adhesive (RLA). The adhesive on that type of application tape is specially designed to stick to the release liner therefore stops the application tape lifting. Also make sure you always roll graphics "out-over".
