I’m trying to export a drawing as a jpeg from Corel X4 to send to a customer but every time I export it the file is very badly pixelated, totally obscured. What might have been changed that can cause this?

    Any help much appreciated. 😀

    Marcella

When you export you should be able to set the size and resolution, also to anti-alias the resulting bitmap.

Still on ver 12 here so can’t be more specific sorry.

I suspect your resolution or/and size has changed in the dialog box when you export or your compression is set to high although that normally just gives a load of artifacts.

I don’t use corel but in illustrator if you place an image you have an option to "rasterise" and with this you can select various resolutions from 72 to 300 ppi.
Maybe there is something similar in Corel, as the default could possibly be set at 72 for images
