    Hi Sparky

The best way to make your banners are with gloss vinyl ink & masking vinyl. If you are not doing this type of work regularly it will be costly
to buy in the materials ink tinners & rollers etc.

We use this all the time on banners & vehicle curtains so we could do the
banners at £55 to £60 each if in standard colours on white banner material we also make our own banners so this helps keep the cost down to.

Ink prices vary on colours start about £16.50 to £45 for a 1 kg tin about the size of a l lt tin you will know the price of masking vinyl i am paying at present £1.40 mt 610mm UKSG HAVE SOME CHEAPER so i will be giving this a go soon. paint roller kits we pay £60.60p per 100. direct form Harris.

We recently been asked to try a new paint designed for curtains & banners from north east factors the paint is HMG TOP PVC .
It can be mixed to any colour you required including metallics this seamed to be to good to be true . So we got a job in the customer asked for his banners in his corperate colours We sprayed the 4 20ft x 3ft banners left them 3 days to dry then aplied the masking vinyl inked the banner let it dry for 2 hours then removed the masking vinyl only to find
all the glue from the vinyl had remained on the banner. this has never happened when we spray them with ink so i may give it another try with a lower tack vinyl sometime in the futher.

If i can help you please get back to me with your questions and i well try my best to help you.
