what are your opinions of the metaza?
Ive been looking at the different ways of diversifying Wilst walking around sign uk i stumbled on the metaza and was quite impressed, So i was wondering if any board members run one and what are your opinions of this machine ?

Hiya , seems its a unit thats ok for maybe a mall key cutting place or a jeweller , seen a unit , seen it work , very limited and the operator struggled to get it right.
There are 2 models , I saw the earlier one , the 50 and evidently it was fraught with problems, the newer one is reputed to have adressed these. (banding , missing pins , contrast problems , inconsistant engraving across a surface etc)
My opinion (and its merely an opinion) is this is not a great product and wont make you piles of cash , one of Rolands smaller engravers would be a far better bet. I do a huge amount of branding and engraving type work , wouldn’t touch it myself.
