Well i’ve heard people slag off these people for lack of service. But having spoken to their travelling techy i’m really surprised. He(grant) spent ages on the blower with me taking me through all the process concerning crop mark adjusting.

I couldnt get hold of him last night about 5.15pm. But he rang me this morning at 8.40am. Well… finally the cadet is performing as it was made to!!!!!!! After a week of ar$ing about with service settings etc.

I must owe an absolute fortune in berr when i get to the show next wednesday……..yikes.

Just like to give credit where its due.

Easy fellas – credit where credit’s due but let’s not go overboard… 😉 It took me a week to get my machine repaired under warranty and no one returned my phonecalls 😕

Hi phill. Yeah when my machine needed new heads it took them a week to actually get to me. But this time i could’nt fault them for support.

Rob. When they can help they will.

    Matt,

I’m not going to slag them too much but the fact I’ve heard nothing for over a fortnight is par for the course with them.

Wrong I know but I’ve given up chasing them these days…just not worth the hassle 🙄

Glenn. If you have a service3 agreement then chase them. We pay them for that service. Just like customers pay us. And we all know what customers get like if we dont return calls on time!! Just my tuppence worth.

Very pleased to see that most of you guys are being looked after by Uniform.
If you see one of them please point them in my direction.
I’ve sent emails requesting information and assistance over the past four weeks and haven’t had the courtesy of a reply yet.
They are probably searching the UK for an Australian English translator.

    Cheers

They’ve probably never heard a Kiwi with an aussie accent before Kevin.. 😉 I see it is ‘official’ with Signwarehouse now…

    Yes Shane.
I’m still not sure whether to order "Fush end Chups" or Feesh aand Cheeps"
The oher thing that trips me up is who to give way to at intersections.
I think I finally have the answer.
I don’t go anywhere or talk to anyone. All communication is via the internet (well that is until they start to breath test prior to logging on).
Then I’ll join a monastery where they have never heard of signwriters and wide format printers are banned… (Benedictine I think)

Well must go…. I think I feel a blessing getting near (hiccup)

    Cheers

Trust you to think of a monastery that they named grog after 😛 Benedictine is a cognac-based alcohol after all.

I always find the person who has the loudest horn is the person I give way to at an intersection. If they don’t have a horn, I usually find their hand gestures are a good indication who is expecting right of way 😳

    Hello Shane,

I have tried taking hand directions from other motorists but that only caused more confusion.
I can manage the "left , right thing" but even after watching kangaroos up close I just can’t master this "up" direction they give.

    Cheers
    Kevin
