What a load of rubbish
Hi
completed this today, side panels are 5mtrs x 1.5mtrs composite boards. I have drilled RSJs easier than the steel work on this thing. Customer is over the moon with it, first time they have strayed from just using their logo etc. 2 weeks in design 4 days for Print, Lam mount to boards & finally fitted today.

workshop would be nice, but to match space now would cost enough let alone a bigger place.Terry
printed 10 x better than you see on the screen, was hard to fit 5 mtrs of panel together in my place to match the joints etc. limited workbench space as you know.Nick
the old sign is in their yard which as expanded so can’t be seen so they won’t change it.Kev

i used fine thread Tec bolts, however although they were self drilling they would not drill into the body they just burnt out the tip. So i drilled a 4.5mm hole first then drilled the bolt in, it was hard goingKev
