What you want is Net Objects Fusion!

    http://www.oneandone.co.uk

Click on the above link, they have an offer for a home package includes all you need in terms of space, email addresses, etc and it also includes the newest Net Objects Fusion (7.5) and Photo Software also.

Give it a try, its the easiest that i have found and you dont need to know HTML either.

My cosre business is design, print and multimedia. We have just completed developing 2 packages that allows our customers to have control of their site: add/delete/update as many pages as they want. All the menus are self generating and we design it for you.

The standard package looks great, completly modular, so it can grw with your business and all you need to be able to do is use Word – the admin panel looks like word and is dead easy to use.

We are currently working with scottish enterprise to help us market this.

If you would like to see some screen shots of proposals we have just put out check out the following links:

Pricing will include design, hosting for a year, 5 pop3 email addresses, stats and support.

PM me if you are interested and I will give you our prices.

    Cheers,

    Rich

I’d just like to agree on Net Object Fusion, I got the disk off a computer mag,and built my site with no previous experience, like all programs a little frustrating coz you often dont know what your doing (well I didnt anyway) but you soon pick it up

I think websites can be created pretty easily these days due to software available. If you are pretty good finding your way around a computer I don’t see why you can’t knock something presentable together.
On the other hand if you want something a bit upmarket with many features etc ide advise shopping around and getting someone that can do it right!
Many people “claim” to be web designers, very few are. They buy something like dreamweaver and become familiar with how it works and next thing you know they offer web design.
Watch you don’t loose out to this type of cowboy. 😕

I’ll go with evox and John on this one. Been using this since version 2.5
Netobjects Fusion is currently at version 8, with all the features of much more advanced web editors, yet remains “very” simple to use.
Even though I tend to use Frontpage for most of our sites, I still fall back on Netobjects 😀
