you can normaly pic up somthing like this at the back of the sign mags gav… if your not subscribed, try calling solutions 2.
ask them if they have any ex-demo machines. also ask for a price and a price with no training, just delivery. once given a price try a few others.
if your not needing training which im sure your not… you can play one off against the other. at the end of the day its just how much commesion they want. if they aint training or traveling then they are just contacting supplier and telling him to send it to you….

i recommend the graphtec…

if you have used a cutter for a bit then really the training ide give a miss…
but hey! you may prefer getting it… 😉
most cutters work the same… install the driver on comp and learn how to load it… a few wee tricks and away you go…
its handy getting the training for the hour or so they give you… but is it worth all the cash they pop onto the bill? 😕

They come up on e-bay from time to time, never bought anything from e-bay so dont know how to do it or how good they are, but I believe some of the other members use it.
