Contact William Smith I saw a couple of alternatives there at their open day.
A 3M product and I think another was Arlon. -
Ill phone Sharon at William Smith…thanks evreryone for the info…this would be quite a bit of cleaning of the bricks…but if the customer gets the look im trying for here…it would be really effective…I will let you know how it goes…

I know paper graphics do a product that just stick straight on with no preparation apart from a stiff brush to remove any loose bits and by all accounts it sticks like mad.
Its a Aslan Product and labeled DFP45/ 80mic Exterior Digital Wall Vinyl. Its printable by Solvent, Eco-solv, Latex & UV-Cur.

I know that allprint supply a wide range of vinyl that is specifically for application on to brick. They sent me a fab brochure when I first contact them that had lots of info about it. Not at home for next few days or would look it up for you, but might be worth contacting them for your own brochure.

Arlon DPF8000 works for this application, no need to prepare the bricks, it stick on everything.
Heat gun and paint roller helps to apply it.
