wales and west utilities logo needed please
Posted by Gareth.Lewis on October 24, 2006 at 9:42 amHello,
Does anybody have this or know the font used? I can reproduce the logo easily enough but the font has got me. Can’t see the wood for the trees.
The company is the new(ish) regional name for what used to be Transco in South Wales. The image quality is not up to much, it’s the one I received from the company. It’s a bit squashed, that shape IS a true circle (with a bit out of it).Ta

Found this on the net. I put in Wales and West Utilities and on their site searched for PDF files. Found one with logo and split it up. Handy tip for you 🙂

Thanks Dave,
Please feel free to give me a virtual kick up the a.r.s.e. but how do you do that. I can find the sit, type in pdf files in their search but cannot capture the logos on the documents. What am I doing wrong? Duh!

Dave,
I’ve never even HEARD of Troop Designer! Where can I purchase such a package, or evan Omega. I did explain when I joined that I was a VERY small vinyl cutting concern. I’m running with Signlab, Flexisign, Corel and Photoshop, most in need of upgrade and vehicle outlines which is out of date as soon as your back is turned. I even want to move into in-house digi printing but the printer/ink/media/laminate minefield puts me off somewhat. My cheapo chinese plotter is still going strong after 2 years, still waiting for it to break so I can get me a Graphtec.

A BIG Thanks to you both, I knew joining this community was a good thing, still how it could have been a bad thing I do not know.
